Graphic Designer
Full-Time | Miami or Remote
Foodie Tribe is a social media and influencer marketing agency built exclusively for food and beverage brands. Since 2016, we've partnered with national and emerging brands to help them show up with intention on social — creating content that's trend-aware, visually compelling, and actually performs. Our clients include brands like Boar's Head, Fresh Del Monte, and DoorDash, and our team of 13 operates fully remote with a strong emphasis on collaboration, creativity, and getting things done.
We're growing our creative team and looking for a Graphic Designer who's equally comfortable building a branded graphic as they are editing a short-form social video.
About the Graphic Designer Role
This is a creative execution role at the intersection of graphic design and video editing for social media. You'll own the design output across multiple client accounts — producing the static graphics, branded templates, and video edits that make our social calendars come to life. You'll work closely with our Social Media Managers and Content Designers, translating briefs into polished, platform-ready assets. The work spans Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, so you need to think in formats, not just aesthetics.
This role reports to our Sr. Content Designer, Team Lead.
What You’ll Doing
Graphic design across client accounts: branded static posts, carousel graphics, story templates, promotional assets, and more
Video editing for short-form content: Reels, TikToks, and Shorts using supplied footage, with text overlays, music, captions, and pacing edits
Working from detailed creative briefs and adapting content to fit each brand's visual identity
Iterating quickly based on feedback from the internal team and clients
Maintaining brand consistency across accounts using established brand kits and style guides
Uploading finalized assets to Airtable and Box in an organized, deadline-driven workflow
Staying current on platform trends, design shifts, and editing styles that are performing well in the food and beverage space and on social media
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing, ideally in a social media or agency environment
Strong proficiency in Canva (required) — this is our primary design tool
Video editing experience, whether in Canva, CapCut, or comparable tools
A portfolio that shows both design range and an understanding of social-first creative
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
Detail-oriented and organized — you notice when a font is off-brand and care about getting it right
Collaborative and communicative — you work well in a fast-moving team environment and ask questions when something's unclear
Bonus: experience with or interest in food content, food photography, or F&B brands
This is the ideal role for you if:
You're the person who notices when a font is slightly off-brand — and it genuinely bothers you.
Canva is basically a second home. You know every shortcut, and you have opinions about kerning.
You can take a brief and run with it, but you also know when to ask a question before going too far down the wrong path.
Juggling multiple projects across multiple brands doesn't stress you out — it's just Tuesday.
You scroll your social feed and mentally catalog what's working, what's trending, and what you'd do differently.
Feedback doesn't derail you. You take it, apply it, and move on.
You've spent an embarrassing amount of time watching food content. (Same, honestly.)
Do we need to mention this? — You're a huge foodie!
