How long have you been a Foodie Tribe member?

Over a year!

How did you get into influencer marketing?

For me, influencer marketing sort of happened by accident. I worked at ESPN for 4 years as an anchor for SportsCenter. In April of 2017, I was part of a mass layoff and I took it as an opportunity to pivot into food television. Freelance TV is a new thing for me, with fluctuations in job opportunities and pay. Influencer marketing allows me to supplement my income doing something I love: cooking and developing recipes. The best part? I get to be creative, work from home and collaborate with my boyfriend (who is a professional photographer)!

What has been your favorite Foodie Tribe campaign that you've worked on and why?

I loved working on New Zealand Lamb & Beef! As someone who grew up on a cattle farm in Montana, this campaign was near and dear to my heart. I recreated one of my favorite restaurant burgers in NYC, so it was as delicious as it was fun!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I’m also an instructor on the Food Network Kitchen cooking app! I love it because I love teaching, and I love connecting with people through the lens of a camera.

Anything else you want to share?

My dream is to someday host my own food or travel show. Keep your fingers (and toes) crossed for me!

How long have you been a part of Foodie Tribe?

2-3 years? Time flies!

How did you get into influencer marketing?

After starting my account and having a lot of continuous content, it started to become a platform where I could influence. I honestly had no intention of it becoming what it is today, but I am so happy that it has.

What has been your favorite Foodie Tribe campaign that you've worked on and why?

I think Ruth Chris! Because it gave me an excuse to go to a fancy restaurant in the middle of the work week!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I am about to finish getting my MBA!!!! Also, my mom went into labor with me at a Bruce Springsteen concert!!

Anything else you want to share?

Can’t wait to continue to grow @district_foodie and working with @foodietribe!!!
